Solve Higher Ed is operated by Solve Consulting LLC. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, resource forms and The Higher Ed CMO newsletter.

When you contact us through a website form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, institution or organization, the kind of help you need and your message.

When you request the AI Maturity Matrix, we collect your name, email address and institution or organization. When you subscribe to The Higher Ed CMO, we collect your email address and any additional information you choose to provide.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information in website forms.

How we use information

We use information you provide to respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, discuss our services and maintain related correspondence. We use newsletter subscription information to send The Higher Ed CMO and related communications you have signed up to receive.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a resource does not by itself subscribe you to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails using the link included in each email.

Service providers

We use Framer to host this website and process website forms, Google Gmail to receive form submissions, and Mailchimp to manage newsletter subscriptions and send emails. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Their processing may take place in the United States or other countries.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, respond to misuse or maintain the security of our services.

Newsletter email tracking

We use Mailchimp to measure engagement with newsletter and welcome emails. Where enabled, Mailchimp uses small tracking images and tracked links to record email opens and link clicks. This information helps us understand which communications are useful and improve future emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter email.

Website analytics and external services

We use Framer's built-in analytics to understand overall website traffic, popular pages and referral sources. Framer describes these analytics as using anonymized information without analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers.

Our website links to external services, including webinar recordings, podcast episodes, social media and book resources. If you follow those links, the destination services handle information under their own privacy policies.

Retention and your choices

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining business correspondence and meeting applicable legal obligations. We may retain a record of an unsubscribe request to help prevent unwanted future emails.
